Including a menu from a file, to a template
 

How would I go about doing this? I've tryed using an eval and binding $menu to include a file, But I get an error.. Help :(

What's a menu?

menu, i.e a navbar that has links to pages.. Like the top bit (i.e home, user cp, register, members, search), but with ads, and on the side - It gets changed often, and is included on other sites - And when the they want to change it, they want it to change on all sites, obviously - Any help appriciated.
