How can I track how many e-mails that are sent out fron vbulletin?
 
Since I've added "Sponsored by" in all my e-mail templates it's a good advertising feature to mention haw many mails that are sont out each day and to how many members,

How do I see this if I do not have the server physically here?

That wouldbe appreciated add to the next version in the Stats.

I would like to find out how many emails are being sent out by vBulletin! Anyideas on how to figure this out?

no easy way.. you have to hack entire script, pinpoint the sections that send an email and record it to a db so as to track it..

Maybe getting the mail statistics from your host can be a better help..
