IT's kinda both templates and buttons, but where do i modify the buttons to put profile and such...

If you have the psd's from the GDK, you can modify them in Photoshop and all of those are in the postbit button.

I wanna change them from the regular vb to a different style. I have everything uploaded, but what template do I use to change them?

You should just need to upload your new edit.gif and quote.gif to your /images directory and overwrite the standard vb buttons. (unless you have a different images directory for different style sets, in which case upload to the appropriate one)

I have them under different directories, cause we have like 5 style sets all with basic buttons, but now I can't find where to change the edit and the quote in the templates...

Did you get this figured out? You still don't have to change your templates.. I have 5 or 6 styles as well and just have a separate /images directory under each style folder with their own set of buttons.

Then it's just a matter of Style -> Modify -> Fonts/Colors -> Image Paths

Then change the folder paths to point to that style's images.

are you like blonde or something? That only gives you 4 options. Look at the bottom of your post, where it says report/quote/pm and all that stuff those are templates not style image paths..

Are you like retarded or something? The first box, image folder path is where it pulls all your buttons. (even your edit and quote!)

I may be blonde but I have 7 styles created this way all with different button sets, never touched a template and it works just fine, which is further than you've got.
