You have to enter your customer number and password, which you recieved when you purchased vBulletin. The same customer number and password you used to access the member-area on vbulletin.com when you downloaded the software.

You need to have purchased vBulletin before you will be able to access any of the hacks, once you have, they will mail you your customer information. You cannot use the username you have here to gain access to vBulletin members area.
