Dynamically carried Latest 10 threads.

A friend of mine who is running/opening another website wants to carry a little part on his main page in which it will display the latest 10 topics on my forums. The websites are not linked virtually so it would have to be done dynamically, is there a hack for this and if not can someone make one?
