Instant Popup Community Message

Is this possible (and if so, can someone help me?) ~~

Is there a way that I can send a popup message to EVERYONE on the boards at that time? I don't mind editing a template or php page for this, but sometimes we need 'immediate' announcements and we ALL know how well the announcement feature works with our members LOL.

This is what I'd like to be able to do -- Create a message like "Live Chat regarding SUBJECT in five minutes" and it does a popup (like a PM popup) on everybody who happens to be online at that moment.

Already a mod at vB.com, so I guess it carried over.

dident someone make a hack for this that works out of the admin cp?. i havent ried it so i dont know if its what your looking for or not, ill install it tonight and see if its close to what your asking :)
