Some Help Needed

OK I was wondering if you guys could help me I was adding somethings to my VBulletin and all was going great and then something got messed up and I don't know how to fix it, if any of you could help me fix it let me know.

From the looks of it, you have added the Catrgory Spacing template modification, correct? If so, look to install this one as well:

Or

you could simply remove the following code from the forumhome template (without the spaces):
