Just for that row? Put style="background-image: url("background.gif")" inside the brackets of the <tr> tag. (background.gif, of course, being the URL of the image you want)

Add the below to each of your <td> tags:

background="{ imagesfolder }/yourimage.gif"

(without the spaces)
