How to Move Registration Field?

Hi,

Thanks to a board member I have my registration form now set up so that if someone doesn't fill in their AIM handle, they are sent to an error message and the message directs them to download it.

How can I move the AIM Screen Name field up into the required fields section so they don't get confused? :(
