Serious login issues
v 2.0.3
Some other people on vBulletin.com have reported the same problem... http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...threadid=50247 For the last few days, people haven't been able to login to the forum, or stay logged in, pretty well at all. Sometimes they'll make 10+ attempts to login before oen "sticks" even though every time they get the "login successful" screen. The interesting part comes down to ISPs though... Because in our case, every single member having trouble is using AOL. Location and version don't seem to be an issue, as some are in California and others in Massachusets... One is using AOL 5, while most are on 7 or 8. So yeah... this is a pain in the royal #$%^ Do you guys have ANY clue whatsoever? This happened spontaneously, no changes of any sort made to our board. And we've neevr hacked the login/sessions/etc code at all. |
You need to update to a high version of vbulletin. Since you are using 2.0.3. I had the same problems but once I updated all the problems where fixed.

Thing is, this happened spontaneously a couple days ago... there were no problems previous to this.
AND... it's affected other users as well, including those using current versions and unhacked boards. http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...threadid=50247 So no, it isn't my version. |
i have been the exact same problems
