install problem
 
Sorry, but I'm a newbie...

trying to install vbulletin and I get the following, any ideas?

Attempting to attach to database...

Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Host '207.148.228.86' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server in ./db_mysql.php on line 40

Warning: 0 is not a MySQL link index in ./db_mysql.php on line 47

The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please go back to the last step and ensure that you have entered all your login details correctly.

Did you have your ISP set up a database for you? And if so, did you edit your config.php file with the name and password to the db?
