Banning Hack Idea

Not sure if this has been brought up yet or not, but here's an idea for a user banning hack.

Make it so that when a user is banned, everything looks normal to them, however no members can see them. In other words, say a user is banned. He can post messages, etc, but no one can see them except the admin. This would be good to prevent them from doing the silly sign up under another user name game.
