A quick notes program
 

I once used a note program that simply opens a window on your desktop and lets you add notes there and stuff like that. It was also skinnable and very very light.

Help. :)

3 easy steps.
1) purchase new mac (and then another for myself.) ;)
2) open/use Stickies.
3) there is no step three! [insert jeff goldblum chuckle here]
