Border around forums.
 
I m ean completely around them. Like, goes around the header and all the way down below the footer. I attached the image. My forums aren't really this ugly, it's justa work in progress, but it should help describe what I am talking about. Just a one pixel, black border going around to set it off from the background I'm making...
