i need hack about edit subject :)

hi everyone

in my forum...members, admin cant edit subject of thread...i really need this hack...please help me

actuly, Admins and mods of that forum can edit the subject by going to the bottem of the page to Admin Options and choose "Edit Thread". Members, if you set the time in the vBulletin Options, only have limited time to change the subject, after that time is up, they can't and only admins/mods of forum can.
