Support Ticketing System

I around did a search but never found it, so can anyone make a hack that's something like IB have ( http://www.ibresource.com/?pg=db&mod=170 ) called Support Ticketing System?? have it so that it sends a user a ticket number and once I send them an e-mail back it'll have a link in there to rate the support.... I want it so that they use a e-mail form that puts the information that the user provides into the database I can read it in the admin CP and one click to send them an e-mail (Admin CP specal e-mail form (I would like to call it)) back to them (and, once again, with a link to rate the support)... and have it fully coustimize, meaning I can choose the questions (after the default ones) and choose if it's a drop down box, slect box, radio box, etc...Thanks for anyone that could look into this.

this would be an awsome feature. I would definately use it. Right now I am just using a forum called "Ask the Staff" as my customer support area, but if there could somehow be a ticket system included in the forums, that would rock..

I would mostly use it so members on my board could send me support if anything is wrong with the board so I'll know.

sure

*edit* but I think it would be best if it was by e-mail because the users could have PMs off or if there's a problem with the PMs, and if your doing it by e-mails, it well bypass the check for allowing admins to send them e-mails or not (meaning if the user doesn't want to get e-mails from admins, it won't look for that and well still send the e-mail), it's for support purpess ;) *edit*
