Poll problem
 

Hi
some members have reported that they cant take part in a poll. They get a message saying "invalid session".
The users have cookies enabled and seem to be mostly using aol to get online. telling them to clear their cookies and try again didnt help. any ideas?

Im using 2.2.5

By the way the problem happened to me as well yesterday and im not an aol user. So that doesnt seem to be the Problem. After clicking twince on the Error message telling me about the invalid session it then worked. Still, I`d rather not have any error message at all.

Is the session passed correctly through the URL?

Well sort of, however the session number is different from the one shown in the Browser url field at the top. So it seems to be a new session in the link, but I dont know why this is happening.

Make sure you have $session[dbsessionhash] passed and NOT $session[sessionhash].
