Display voting info outside of forums
 
On several websites that run vBulletin, the front page of the website shows a voting poll. Users can place their votes from the front page, and after doing so, instead of the question and answers, the results appear in their place.

Is this a hack of vBulletin and it's polls? If so, how do I set up my website to do that (allow users to vote without directly entering the forums, and then display the results)?

Is this part of Vportal or what? I was wondering the same thing too!
