speed of pruning messages
 

Hi all. Is it me or does it take a long............. time to prune messages?

I have approx 210,000 messages. I've purposely tried to keep the message database small.

Any shortcuts?

It can take a while. Of course you can just empty the post table if you want to dump everything at once.

I have about 212,000 post.
If I delete say half of the post what will happen to the attachments that were associated with the deleted entries.

Anyway to prune faster?
