Admin options showing up for non moderators
On my board, the admin options dropdown box is now showing up for users in a non-modearator usergroup. It doesn't show up for the Registered usergroup, but it does for my other non-mod groups.
The users get an error message if they try to use it; so I am not tremendously concerned. Does anyone know what hack MIGHT have done this? Or is it perhaps a new problem with 2.2.6? The users can't tell me when they first noticed it. I have currently installed: vbquiz quick reply box last post titles on forum home page a custom hack to allow premium users access to restricted styles. (this bug isn't just affecting premium users though) vbpopup PM message popups show the number of messages and who sent a PM vbstats Nuke posts I have used all of these hacks except VBquiz and Nuke posts before on previous versions of vbulletin without issue. I really can't see how quiz would be doing it, but I don't see anything in the Nuked code that sets off any bells. Any thoughts? Amy |
Are you sure that usergroup doesn't have a close/open, delete thread, or move permission set to Yes?

Yes. I am sure.
