help me, please :(
 

it might be very obvious but i am trying to get the phpbb2 converter to work. the problem is that i cannot even get the first step done.

can someone tell me how to do this exactly, i mean really idiotic step by step instructions?

i created a new folder and called it 'importer'.
then i uploaded the phpbb2 converter script to that folder and then checked in my admin panel where it says "BB Import Systems "...however it always tells me that i have no script at the moment.
then i was unsure and did a second folder called 'import' and uploaded it to the root directory. again uploaded the phpbb script.
again no success, the script won't show up.
finally i did a third one and called it importers and again no luck.

what the heck do i have to do? i hope someone can help me.
