wordwrapping

I've got a problem with wrapping words in posts.
e.g. the string:
http://www3.hotlog.ru/cgi-bin/hotlog/site_stat/?id=41151&b_day=1&b_month=1&b_year=2001&e_day=18&e _month=6&e_year=2002&var=SCREEN&max_items=50
is not wrapped, though I've put wordwrap = 50 in admin cp =(

Well after seeing such a problem I opened functions.php and found function dowordwrap. But this didn't help me, as I can't underatand this regular expression =)

Please, someone who knows regular expressions help me!

You can see wordwrapping is not working here either =)
