The space between the forums, and the next catagory.

If you check my attatchment it is a sample of VB.ORG, if you check it, it is devided into its own sections per catagory. For Example
The Catagory vbulletin.org has its own, table header, and forums, then the next catagory, which is Code Hacks, has its own table header, and forums.

I would really apprectiate it if you can help me. Please, and thanks.
