Ban vBulletin code abusers from using the vBulletin code?

Is there a hack to ban vBulletin code abusers from using the vBulletin code? The type of abuse I'm talking about is people that use the vBulletin code to get around the censoring.

That sounds like a good hack request but frankly I just ban people who purposely violate the rules. They are not members that I want or need anyway.
