to acess the hacking forums go to this page and enter your username, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page), if you are not the owner of the vB and only a admin of it ask the site owner to add you

I go to the site and it promts me for my username and password... I put my username in and password in but it won't let me pass.. It says it is wrong.
