Locked forums when not registerd

When non registerd users come to my boards, each forum has a lock on it. But if I come here as unregisterd the forums don't have locks on them. Is there a particular reason why? >.<

You can set this in

Admin Panel -> vBulletin Options -> Forums Home Page Options -> Show Locked forums?

set that to No.

Is there also a way to not use the admin log, or keep it trimmed? Mine seems to be huge O.o

Yes there is, in adminfunctions.php find this code:

And add this right below:
