what file do i need to modify in order for me to do that?

---> Forum Post Threads Moderators etc.

or is there a tuts here for that? im talking about the section underneath the categories. thanks in advance.

Do you mean "forumhome_forumbit_level2_post" template?

Goto : Admin CP -> Templates -> Modify -> Forum Home Page Templates
