This is a totally new index.php file...

Hopefully, it will work...

If not, will someone please point out the corrections...

Sorry, you cannot post full vB files. Post instructions on how to edit it.

so what does it do exactly?

SaintDog 06-05-2002 11:17 PM

Yes, a good description would be nice so that everyone knows what this hack does. From the title of the hack, I almost know although fill me in a little more :).

Well...

In theory, it should provide the "Lesser Admin" with certain abilities to edit certain files, but that is all...

It was requested here...

They should be able to edit certain scripts that the Main Admin wants...

Does anybody have it working?

I know what this does, if you're interested.. If you have a board in which there are more then 1 admin, other than you, it makes it so that the other Administrators have lesser options then you. So it's like another usergroup mix between Administrator & Super Moderator.

To add more confusion, you should call yourself a Super Administrator and the others Administrators. ;)

No go for me. V. 2.2.5

Why would you want more than one admin on a board anyway? Just give them more options as moderators or super moderators. I think having more than one admin deciding things for a board can be dangerous (as someone I know found out when the other admins locked him out of his own board). Too many people think the title "Administrator" is something more special than it really is. Just my thoughts. :)
