Slimmer Tables

I was taking a look at my VB, and vb.orgs VB, and I noticed that VB.orgs tables are much slimmer than mine. Take a look at the screenshot to see what I mean. How is the done?

in ure admin cp goto:

Styles > Modfiy > (choose the style u want this applicable to)

then scroll down until u see "Content Table Width"...

Change this to whatever percentage of the page width u wish it to be ... i personally reccomend about 80%

No no no, I mean the height of the table, not the width. If you take a look at it you can see that this forum has a diffrent height.
