It would be fantastic if everyone could collectively come up with a bunch of avatars (zip or whatever) to add to a "base" pool of sorts... I think most of my users are retarded, and couldn't follow the guidelines that an avatar requires... but if i had a giant library of them, they would change it... anyway- anyone that has a ton of avatars, whatever they are, i suppose just keep posting them in this thread! ;) thanx

There's a large zip file with loads of avatars somehwere in the Graphics forum. :) Search for avatars, you should find it.

speaking of avatars, firefly...what IS that thing?

you search for avatar and see what comes up ;) - a LOT of threads...

also, what dir do i put them in to make them the defaults to 'choose' from... is that a hack or something already functional?

search for "avatars up for grabs" on here and/or vB.com

you can put them in any folder and add them via "avatars" in the admin cp

perhaps that came off a bit harsh- crap for me, might not be crap for others- it's just not what im looking for.... being as im lazy/too busy to go searching for a bunch of avatars i like, i was hoping someone would have put together a nice collection already. but not the artsy variety- or anime... just random other things... no biggie though... i'll just start throwing them together on my own :)
