Question : Why aren't most of the hacks portable ????
 

hi all i bought v-bulletin license today and tried to install hacks but most of the hacks aren't portable to newer version like 2.2.5 .
what am i to do install 2.2.3 but even that is not available for donwload ....

if there is something i'm missing pls do let me know

Most hacks for the 2.2-series are upward compatible - the version numbers that are posted in the hacks in most cases only mean that they were written and tested on that version.
