30 days....
 
is it possble to show all posts in a thread as default....

not just tha ones from tha last 30 days....

when you view a thread, there are allways all posts....

or do you mean the forum thread overview?

If you mean show all threads (not just the last 30 days) in a forum, then in the options to modify the forum set the "Default view age" to 1000, that will make sure that all threads appear.
