possible to let user register for their own forum?
 
is it possible to let my user register for their own forum from my main vbulletin forum.. whereby they will be able to create their own forum based on probably their irc channel or their own discussion.. which is not listed in the main forum and is listed somewhere else in another page.. i was thinking of this as i thought this might bring more traffic to my own forum.. is there any hack that can do this?

I think one board did it, and has over 500 forums

I have no idea how it's done, and personally wouldn't suggest it
