Is there a irc bot that shows the latest new posts on VBB
 

i saw this several times in a channel
that a bot entered and showed a new post was made
can anybody tell me if its possible
and if so where to get it

It's somewhere in the Full Releases or Beta Hacks.. can't remember where, but it's there.

Which is the best one? I do a search for IRC and BAM there's two pages worth. I've heard of eggdrop, but don't know what it is. What does that thing do?

I'm looking for something that I can use that I can run two different versions. 1. will post forum threads into an IRC channel and 2. will only post news threads into an IRC channel.

Is there something here that you or whoever is reading this :rolleyes: knows of?
