vb.org Archive - !!!!jpchat IM hack/mod???

alright, I searched and searched for info on getting jpilot integrated into the forum, I think I have it working....anyway, I did the mod for having an im button beside the users name so you can chat with that single person...well its not doing anything at all...it says applet started on the forum page...but when I click on im nothing happens....does anyone use this or have any ideas...I am really trying to get my forum working properly....
