Only Admins & Mods can have Signature and Avatar Images...

This is something I have been thinking about before opening my new site...

If I am going to open it, I am going to need alot of Bandwidth, which will be taken up by members having Avatars and Signature Images...

Is there any way to disable Signature Images and Avatars for Members, but allow Mods and Admins to have them?

Let me take a look on how much coding I would have to do for it.

The problem with only having imgs for admins / mods makes it hard.. so it might show the bb img code instead of the images and that doesnt look good.

There is already one for avatars. I don't know about sigs though.

Allow only certain usergroups avatars
