Isn't the few hundred bucks to get the vbulletin software enough for you?! isn't that enough so that people don't have to pay for something they'll only use once? is too much to NOT sublimanaly manipilate people to only posting Vbulleting hacks on vbulletin.org? why should we have to pay for a hack we'll only use once?!

Technicly you can pay sepratly, suppose someone bought the board but didn't want to get membership services? and then later decided to get them. thus one can pay seperatly.

I can not really understand what you are saying (but have managed to derive a small amount), much less the point of this thread. If you don't like the fact that vBulletin costs, go with another board, it is really that simple, there is not one thing forcing you to use vBulletin.

None of the hacks within vBulletin.org cost, if they do it is beyond the control of vBulletin.org or vBulletin.com (neither sell hacks, it is the author of the hack that makes the decision).

vBulletin (the script) is not a one time use thing, it is only to be used on 1 website per license. You may use it on one website, take it down and move it to another website, as long as you are only running it on 1 website (either or).

I also see nothing within vBulletin.org saying that the hacks are a one time thing either, so maybe you need to revert from the name calling and read a little deaper. If you would, you would have known there was no need for this thread.

I can honestly say no one here is money hungry. I want to pay someone far help but have recieved no response. You must be confused. There is a lot to be had here contributed by great people with BIG hearts.
