hack or modification

is this a template mod or a hack?
when you click on a forum from forum homepage, you see some forums that have a quick link to other pages.. where do i find this hack or mod?

You see these links because there are a lot of messages in that specific forum so the page is splitted to many pages and these are links of these pages.

In VB Control Panel, Vb General Settings section, there is settings that you configure this option.
