Newbie Question: Help please...

I installed my board a few months ago. Everything is great. Hacks work. beautiful. recently, due to a problem outside of vbulletin, some of my php files were destroyed and some were corrupted. The Msql database wasn't touched. It's fine. Since Vbulletin is Database driven, can't I just reinstall the board and point to the old database??

just upload the corrupted files to the same directory to your server. It should work..
