search by custom user field?
 

I'm wondering how I would go about displaying a custom field by user... in other words, show just "fieldX" from the custom field, and the cooresponding name next to it, this when searching?

in other words:

name:|fieldx:
----------------
blah | blah
----------------
blah | blah

You mean in the Admin CP or Memberlist?

actually just by a seperate php file, from the forum directory.

I fugure it'd have to be 2 queries, one for user and one for userfield, but is there a better way?
