Problem with Hebrew
 

Hello,folks!
I've got a strange problem and can not fix it :cry:
On my forum I use mostly Russian(setted up and works perfectly).
All my users can post on Russian and English without problem,but when they use Hebrew-only messages could be seen clearly,but in submitted threads (in the head of thread) we see only something like this:#1234.....#1565
and when I try to change already posted message I see all message with thread topic with this symbols :(
How I can fix it?
Is this a real problem of vB to be properly seen on 3 languages together in the same board?
