general include help

ok ive got vbulletin installed and working, and pluhnews is working

but i have to vcall with a ssi virtual include and it works fine.

if i try to call with a php include i get this
Fatal error: Failed opening required './global.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php')

this seems to be happening anytime i try to use a php include command
