vb.org Archive - 3 Level Sub Forum with grouping levels, question

I am configuring the forums at http://www.aephirsden.com/forum and I have 3 levels deep in some sections. I have modified the templates and the code I used will follow. I have different colorings and such for easier grouping by sight.

My problem is that on my third level, I have two boxes before the forum title, the first one is blank, second one has the symbol for locked or open for posting. The second one is way to wide and I can't locate where to force it to be smaller. I have tried several things and am pretty sure it isn't being set before the third level of the forums.

Any suggestions?
