Styles modification help

Someone wanna tell me how to change the FONT COLOR in styles for THE MAIN forum' I am not talking about the forum threads' But the forum font. I have change the BACKGROUND to black and cant figure out how to change the text from styles to white

PS where is current post? Does anyone have the hack for CURRENT post I would be interested in this. Also if someone could help me make my forum from *.index not sub folder...... eg/forum
is this possible"?

in styles, you well see a small box that has something like <body *************************>

in there, look for something about text="#000000", you can then change that to whatever fit your needs

Yes I have done that but the header and footer text is still black.... My main thinking was to do the same thing although it didnt work as you see I am here!
