thread introductions

Where can I find this hack? It allows introductions in threads. For an example, see:

I don't know what you mean, but all that persion did was made a new thread, that's all he did.

at the top, under the navigation links...

he's got a picture and text before the beginning of the thread

oh, all he did was edited a template to do it (don't know which template tho)....turn on under the template options in Vbulletin Options to yes for showing templates names in comments and go into a thread and see which template it should go under, then go into that template and just add whatever you want ;)
