http://www.cafepress.com will let you do it for free, highly-recommended. I setup a store here: http://www.cafepress.com/scgoods

I'll second cafepress.
Another good one is Zazzle, but they have yet to officially open to the public. |
Is Cafepress really all that?
|
I've heard that they take a big percentage out for fees, but I suppose it's good for small shops.. but I've never actually tried it :-\
|
They charge a base price for items, such as $11.99 for a t-shirt. Then you can set whatever price you want on the item, say $13.99. And then you keep whatever is over the base price -- $2.00 in this case.
The question is how many t-shirts/hats/mugs can you sell, and at what price, so that you can make money? It's a great service, though -- no having to buy things in a gross and then sell them one at a time. It's perfect for a group or small business that can't afford to build an inventory. |

I made 5000 bucks on cafepress.
Of course it all went to charity :) |
Well a vBulletin Shop would be awesome but I have no idea what to do with the money. I can't take it of course (is that even legal?).
|
Well if you wanted to make money off of selling vBulletin.org stuff... you would have to get permission from the copyright / tradename holders of VB. I would buy a hat, shirt, or coffee cup ;)
