how does this board hide the profile, ect like the user was deleted?

1- They set the setting as "Guests (or maybe members!) cant see user profile.

2- Probably the same setting: Guests can view other's threads

but the user exists, but he doesnt, how..?

nope it's not so..User exists and he knows he exists. But his profile (or his threads) has set to be displayed to only certain user groups. So if you are a Guest, you cant see his profile or threads..
