quick close?

is there a way to make a little amount of text that says "[close]" like right after the topic of a thread..

So like you are viewing the forum home were all the threads are and next to each one would be that bit of text that would close the post if it was clicked... only mods would be able to see that bit of texts

and mabey only for certain forums?
