Delete User if he doesn't post

Sorry for my english....

I'm searching to this hack.
I want an automaticaly hack who can delete user if he don't post during one month for example or if he have 0 posts 1 month after he's suscribtion.
But this hack will ask me to confirm this operation.

Do you understand my request ?
