Leave out Forum ID in SEARCH.php Option
Hi,
I have a single subforum with many threads and posts. I want to leave out this complete Forum (ID is 153) out of the search option for search.php?action=getdaily How can I handle this ? What needs to be changed in the search.php At vbulletin-germany.com I was told to find: $forumsql.=",$forum[forumid]"; and replace with if ($forum[forumid] != 153) { $forumsql.=",$forum[forumid]"; } but this is not working. The Search.php runs correctly but still shows the Forum ID153. What still needs to be change to have the effect of leaving out a single Forum ID for the getdaily option ? Regards Andy |
I'm trying to do this too... does anyone have a solution?

Try this instead:
if (!$forum[forumid]==153) { $forumsql.=",$forum[forumid]"; } Might work *shrugs* |
N9ne, thanks for the new idea... still doesn't work though :(

Found my solution here:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...threadid=41486 The second method worked superbly. |
